CANCELLATION RIGHT

Under the distance selling regulations you (ie end-customer of tinarichards.com) have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition within seven working days of the notice of cancellation being acknowledged by us. For further details of how to return merchandise please see our returns policy and procedure below. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may exercise your right to cancel if you are able to return the merchandise to us. You can submit your cancellation notice by email to our customer services department at info@tinarichards.com or in writing to:

Tina Richards Ltd hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied return your order to us in its original unopened resaleable condition within 14 days of the invoice date with proof of purchase for a refund (excludes P&P) or exchange.  For your return to be accepted and processed please follow the returns procedure below.

Please email or write to us (at the above address) within 14 days of the invoice date to receive a customer returns authorisation number and notification of our returns address, by returns authorisation email from us. Please note that we must have received your email/letter within 14 days of the invoice date.

Please note that we are unable to process any returns without a returns authoristion number and proof of purchase.

Step 2.

Write your  return authorisation number on to your receipt where indicated and write whether you want a refund or exchange and a brief reason (which is helpful feedback for us).
 
Step 3.

Pack the order carefully so that it is well protected for return

Use a TRACEABLE FORM OF SHIPPING such as recorded delivery. 

Step 5.

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt and as for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.

Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Tina Richards Ltd as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. 1 YEAR LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY - specified products only

In the 1 Year Limited Warranty below, the term "Product" refers to the Tua Viso, Tua Silver, Tua tre'nd and Tua Spa devices sold on www.tinarichards.com

Tina Richards LTD will repair the Product with new or rebuilt parts, free of charge, for one (1) year from the date of original purchase in the event of a defect in material or workmanship. Repair service can be obtained during the warranty period by returning the Product to Tina Richards LTD. In the event this Product is returned to Tina Richards LTD for warranty service, Tina Richards LTD may offer to exchange the Product with a new or rebuilt replacement Product (repair) at no additional charge. For the avoidance of doubt, the Product will be exchanged with a new or rebuilt Product.  This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A WARRANTY AUTHORISATION NUMBER together with purchase receipt (invoice) or other PROOF OF DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE will be required before warranty performance is rendered. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, which occur during normal use. It does not cover rubber-seal components (see operating manuals) nor does it cover damage or loss which occurs in shipment or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, or service by anyone other than Tina Richards LTD.

Limits and Exclusions
There are no express warranties except as before mentioned. Neither Tina Richards LTD nor anyone involved in the production or sale of this Product shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use this Product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. All expressed and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period before mentioned

If within one year of purchasing your Product (as defined above) the unit malfunctions we will repair or replace your Product subject to a fault being found on inspection by us. For your warranty return to be accepted and processed by us please follow the 'returns procedure under warranty' below:

Please note that we must have received your original email/letter within 365 days of the invoice date.

Please note that we are unable to process any returns without a returns authoristion number and proof of purchase.

Step 2.

Write your  return authorisation number on to your receipt where indicated and write a brief reason for return.

Step 3.

Pack the order carefully so that it is well protected for return.  You need only send the relevent items back to us that require inspection.

Step 4.

Use a TRACEABLE FORM OF SHIPPING such as recorded delivery.

Step 5.

All returned goods under warranty will be examined and tested upon receipt by us.  Subject to finding a fault on inspection that complies with our warranty (please see the 1 YEAR LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY section above) we will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your repair or replacement has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your repair or replacement to be processed.

Your repair or replacement will be processed by Tina Richards Ltd as soon as possible, no later than 30 working days after we have received your product. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded if no fault is found by us on inspection and if no fault is found you will be charged the postage for us to return the product to you.



PLEASE NOTE: IF THE RELEVANT RETURNS POLICY IS NOT MET IN FULL, YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED; IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AND YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED THE P&P TO RETURN THE UNIT BACK TO YOU. All sales are final.
